I was having some real trouble with my joints/shoulders over the last few months, gradually getting more painful. I was really looking to get some doctors advice. But instead I attended your class last night and my goodness my shoulders have all but given me back my movement and nearly all of the pain has dispersed. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, I feel 110% better today than I did last night. All from those simple stretching movements, amazing. I shall be attending my fourth retreat this year and simply cannot wait – I would thoroughly recommend it to anybody and cannot describe the feeling of complete escapism and tranquillity experienced during the two-day retreat.  In one word, it just has to be “heaven”!

Dear Jen I just wanted to tell you that I woke up this morning, for the first time in as long as I can remember, without any pain in any of my joints or muscles. My sciatica is eased and, most noticeably, my shoulders and neck don’t hurt at all (I have frozen shoulder from years of typing). Two people have already remarked on my mood as I feel happier and less tired. Thank you so much. It’s the first exercise class I have enjoyed and actually feel I have benefited from.

Her lessons are very well structured and at a pace to suit all levels of students. It’s not just the excellent Yoga and great teacher, it’s the people that go on the weekend that make it so special.
