No you do not. Yoga is non-competitive, and you will be encouraged to observe your own body and practice the postures to your own ability level. However, you will find if you practice regularly, your fitness level will improve.
If you have your own mat please bring it with you but if you don’t have one I do have some mats available. Please also bring a blanket as it is important you are warm when you are in the relaxation part of the class. Wear comfortable clothing such as loose or stretch trousers or shorts, a t-shirt and a sweatshirt if it is cool outside. We work in bare feet so don’t worry about what type of shoes to wear.
Everyone from children to those in their senior years. It is open to people of any gender and of all ages, races, religions and abilities.
